Combat sports are continually attracting new individuals aiming to make it big, often without fully understanding the psychological demands involved.
Fighting is a sport that requires immense physical and mental strength. However, there is still a lack of awareness about this, which is why we see promising talents retire far too early.
Fightfulness was founded with the mission to increase understanding and accessibility to the psychological aspect of being a fighter.
We strive to be a source of support for those looking to explore the mental side of fighting more deeply. Through conversations and understanding various mental tools, I guarantee that a new version of yourself will emerge.
Awareness
By engaging in conversations, completing assignments, and learning more about your emotions and thoughts, you become more aware of yourself.
This awareness is a cornerstone for becoming a better version of yourself and a stronger fighter.
Holistic Fighter
By exploring the psychological aspects of yourself, you gain a deeper understanding of why you are the way you are.
This leads to a more holistic perspective on yourself, your performance, and your role as a fighter.
Conversations
When we engage in conversation, express ourselves, and receive feedback, we learn something new about ourselves. Through these dialogues, we grow and develop our mental capabilities.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our conversations will focus on Thought - Emotion - Action. Using mental tools, we will explore and strengthen your mental resources as a fighter.

Kristoffer Modig
Sportspsychologist
Since my teenage years, I’ve had a deep interest in the human mind and its capabilities. I have a strong passion for understanding, learning, and helping people discover themselves. I aim to be a sounding board for individuals, supporting their growth, transformation, and creation of a new version of themselves.
After spending two years traveling the world, I chose to pursue a degree in behavioral science with a focus on sports and exercise. I now have over two years of experience working therapeutically, primarily in the field of addiction.
